WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY JOB

is that I am able to serve the traditional food from my childhood to Brazilians and non-Brazilians alike. Each of my products invoke a special memory of mine that takes me to a happy and joyful place, something that I love sharing with my clients.

 

I AM PROUD WHEN

I receive messages from customers, thanking us for giving them the chance to eat something that brings back some of their dearest memories of Brazil, and the chance for them to share this with their friends who have never tasted these flavours before. They love it! 

Most lovable food memory

I grew up around strong women with great cooking skills, and my house always smelled like freshly baked cakes and coffee! It was constantly hungry!  Like most families from Minas, ours was always feasting, and when you were in the house, – whether you liked it or not – you had to eat something!

‘Uai Not Bites’ delivers all around London. You can find their products and full menu on their Instagram page. They don’t just make delicious cheese bread, they have coconut, churros, carrot cake, doce d’leite (a type of caramel) and chicken pie too!
