Talking about the coffee culture in Australia

Australia
The coffee culture here is different from ours since Australians drink less black coffee, and more Cappuccinos, Flat Whites, and Lattes – the ones responsible for huge queues at the coffee shops every day!

The coffee here is serious stuff!

Here, the coffee shops usually open between 5 or 6 in the morning and close around 3 or 5 in the afternoon.
Being a “barista” in Australia is a much-needed profession, and at the same time it requires more knowledge than I could ever imagine.

About Flat Whites, Capuccinos and Lattes.
My favourite coffee is Café Dbar!
It sits high up a slope with a beautiful view of Duranbah beach, very close to the famous Snapper Rocks waves. It is worth sitting there and order a big breakfast with coffee.
Me, however, always end up asking for the famous take away and to go check the conditions of the waves at Duranbah and Snapper Rocks!
